At aurexvia.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return conditions outlined below.

Conditions for a Return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • A proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from exchange:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale“
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
  • Earrings that have been worn or opened may be excluded from exchange for hygiene reasons

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@aurexvia.com. Provide your order number and include clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the problem.

Return Procedure

To request a return, send an email to service@aurexvia.com with the following information:

  • Your order numbes
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos, if applicable

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions from us on how to send the item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be credited within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
